# Dlicom Token Presale and TGE

The Dlicom Public Pre-Sale offers early participants the opportunity to acquire $DLI at $0.05 per token, ahead of the Token Generation Event scheduled for Q2 2026. A total of 50,000,000 $DLI is allocated to this offering, representing 14.08% of the total fixed supply.

The Public Pre-Sale is not structured as a discounted entry relative to TGE. The TGE price is the same as the presale price: $0.05. Participants who join through the pre-sale are securing position at the same price as exchange launch, ahead of the expanded market access that exchange listings bring.

### Sale Parameters

The Public Pre-Sale allocates 50,000,000 $DLI at $0.05 per token, for a maximum raise of $2,500,000 from this category. The broader token sale structure — including the Network Sale of 148,500,000 $DLI and the Public Sale of 50,000,000 $DLI at TGE — targets total fundraising of \~$9,800,000 or more across all phases. All sale phases are priced at $0.05 per $DLI.

### Vesting

Tokens acquired in the Public Pre-Sale are subject to a 12-month monthly vesting schedule beginning at TGE. Tokens are not immediately liquid at the moment of TGE. Instead, they are distributed in equal monthly installments over the 12 months following TGE. A participant who acquires 100,000 $DLI in the pre-sale will receive approximately 8,333 $DLI per month for 12 months beginning at TGE.

The vesting schedule is intentional. It protects the token price during the critical post-TGE period by preventing a large concentration of pre-sale tokens from entering the market at once. It also aligns the incentives of pre-sale participants with the long-term health of the platform: participants who vest over 12 months have a clear interest in Dlicom continuing to grow throughout that period.

### Airdrop Eligibility

Pre-sale participation contributes to the points balance used for the Pre-TGE Airdrop, which is distributing additional $DLI to early community members in April 2026. Staking $DLI — which pre-sale participants can do with tokens they have already received or with tokens acquired outside the vesting schedule — is one of the highest-value airdrop point activities, contributing 1,500 or more points per qualifying stake.

### Why Participate Before TGE

The case for pre-sale participation rests on access and positioning rather than price advantage. Pre-sale participants secure their $DLI position before exchange listings introduce a substantially larger pool of potential buyers to the market. Exchange listings bring demand from participants who have no access to the pre-sale price. Pre-sale participants are already positioned when that demand arrives.

Beyond market positioning, pre-sale participants who stake their vested tokens from day one of vesting will begin earning USDT through SFR immediately. Over the 12-month vesting period, even moderate staking allocations can accumulate meaningful USDT yield. Participants who engage with the community during the pre-TGE period also qualify for the 2026 airdrop, which represents additional $DLI on top of their purchased position.

### How to Participate

The Public Pre-Sale is conducted through the official Dlicom platform at dlicom.io. Purchases are on-chain transactions on the Base network. Participants should use a compatible Web3 wallet or the Dlicom app's native wallet to complete the transaction.
