# Dlicom Token Ön Satışı ve TGE

### Token Satışı

Dlicom ekibi, token satışını birden fazla satış kanalı üzerinden yürütmektedir. Bu kanallar şunlardır:

* Kurumsal yatırımcılar ve akredite bireylere yönelik özel ön satış (public pre-sale)
* Launchpad’ler üzerinden yapılacak halka açık satış (public sale)
* Genişleyen topluluk ağı üzerinden yürütülen community sale / network sale

Dlicom toplam 248,500,000 DLI tokeni token satışına ayırmıştır.

Bunun dağılımı şu şekildedir:

* Network Sale: 148,500,000 DLI
* Public Pre-Sale: 50,000,000 DLI
* Public Sale: 50,000,000 DLI

Dlicom ekibi, akredite yatırımcılar ve kurumsal yatırımcılar (yüksek varlıklı bireyler, kapalı kripto toplulukları, hedge fonlar, Web3 laboratuvarları, girişim fonları ve diğer finans kurumları) arasında özel satış (private sale) için bir roadshow gerçekleştirecektir.\
Bu özel satış için ayrılan miktar:

* 50,000,000 DLI
* Değeri: 5,000,000 USD

### Network Sale Yapısı

Network Sale için ayrılan tokenler, büyüyen topluluk ağı aracılığıyla satılacaktır.\
Her Dlicom token alıcısı, başka alıcılar davet edebilir ve bunun karşılığında komisyon kazanabilir.

Rehberler (recruiters) için komisyon modeli performansa bağlıdır ve yüksek hacimde satış yapanları daha fazla ödüllendirecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

* Komisyon oranları: %20 – %35 arası
* Dlicom’un elinde kalan net fon: %65 – %80

Bu model, topluluk büyümesini teşvik ederken aynı zamanda güçlü bir gelir verimliliği yaratır.
